What Makes Someone Interesting?

Ask a group of men what women find attractive and you'll probably hear the usual answers. Confidence. Humour. Good looks. Success. Height. A decent job. A nice smile. None of those things are unimportant, but they're also not the whole story. In fact, they're often the first things people notice rather than the reasons they continue wanting to know someone. Attraction might open the door, but interest is what persuades someone to stay in the room.
