Why Being Selective Isn’t Being Difficult

There is a peculiar point at which knowing what you want can apparently become a character flaw.

You don't want to meet someone because the conversation isn't doing much for you. You're attracted to them, but something about their attitude puts you off. Perhaps they're perfectly pleasant, yet the chemistry simply isn't there. You decline politely and suddenly wonder whether you're being too picky. Should you give them a chance?
